TPE weather stripping can be used in window and door system, that require a high quality, low force compression seal. TPE weather stripping can be used in aluminum and PVC window door systems.

Physical properties of thermoplastic elastomers:

1) Good appearance texture, gentle touch;

2) Easy to color, uniform color tone, stable;

3) Wide hardness range, adjustable from SHORE-A 0 degrees to SHORE-D 70 degrees;

4) Excellent tensile resistance, tensile strength can reach more than ten MPa, and elongation at break can reach more than ten times;

5) Long-term temperature resistance can exceed 70℃, and low temperature environment performance is good, and it can still maintain good flexibility at -60℃;

6) Good electrical insulation and voltage resistance; outstanding anti-slip performance, wear resistance and weather resistance, etc.

7) Excellent chemical properties, resistant to general chemicals (water, acid, alkali, alcohol solvents); can be processed in solvents, can be immersed in solvents or oils for a short period of time; non-toxic;

8) Good resistance to ultraviolet radiation and oxidation, can be used in outdoor environments;

9) Excellent mechanical properties. High tensile strength, low compression set, low wear.
