EPDM rubber extrusions can be made in foam or dense structures and developed to your specifications. Foam extrusions have a density ranging from 0.3g/cm³ to 0.8g/cm³ and can be equipped with self-adhesive tape for easy installation. Dense EPDM rubber extrusions typically have a density of around 1.35g/cm³ and a hardness range from 55 Shore A to 85 Shore A. We also offer compound EPDM rubber extrusions with metal clips to enhance grip, commonly used in automotive applications, equipment, boat hatches, tonneau covers, and toolboxes.
Silicone foam rubber extrusions are available with densities from 0.25g/cm³ to 0.9g/cm³ and come in a wide range of hardness options. They are colorful, offer high-temperature resistance (up to +300°C), and are ideal for applications that require excellent heat resistance. Dense silicone rubber extrusions typically have a density of about 1.25g/cm³ and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +280°C, with a maximum of +300°C. These are commonly used for high-temperature seals, such as in ovens and dryer hatches.
