EPDM Sponge Rubber Gasket Features
● Sponge rubber seal according drawing or samples designed, different materials to fit in available applications. Soft foam rubber extrusion materials usually in EPDM, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone etc.
● Due to EPDM material good performance, such as good UV, aging, weather resitance, good chemical resistance etc, and lower cost than other material, most of customer choose EPDM material.
● Can cut to a specific length, adhesive tape, cold joint or hot joint to a ring or a frame
● Hardness from 10 to 35shore A
● Lowest density such as 0.45g/cm3 also can be do, but if in big size the shape will can't control very well.
