● Silicone rubber cord can be extruded by sponge or dense silicone rubber material, sizes according customer’s requirements to do. Currently in our tooling stock have many different sizes of tooling, saved the tooling cost.
● Min sizes is 1mm for dense silicone rubber
● Max sizes we can do is 35mm, but for sponge silicone rubber can be bigger.
● Silicone rubber cord with high elastic properties, material resistance very low and high temperature.
● Colors can according you required to develop, only give us sample or Pantone No. can make nearly 95% sames
● Silicone rubber cord can be further process, such as cut to specific length and joint a ring.
